I think what I like most about Bright is the support and encouragement they give me. This was really important especially when I was starting out in the industry. And of course the lovely Lucie:) They will always do their utmost to solve any problems you have, and are a real mediator between the artist and the client, not just an agent finding you work.

I think they've made me feel looked after which has allowed me to concentrate on the work and worry less about the rest. They are always keeping up with trends in the industry and making suggestions where appropriate.

I feel fortunate to work in a job I have always dreamed about. Yes I work hard, but I am fortunate to have a real power engine behind me! Bright has enabled me to not only make my dreams come true but to live them. They are like family, so whether I need some advice and guidance, or just a friendly chat they are not far away. My most favourite thing about them is going to visit them, tea and cake is always supplied. :)
